I have been working on computers for well over 13 years, mainly on Mac but inevitably on Windows machines also. Started out doing "graphic design", mainly consisting of party flyers, moved on to t-shirt silk screen printing, then to web, then to networking, which brought me to Mac and PC troubleshooting. I've worked with an array of programs from the mainstream heavy hitters like the Adobe and Macromedia gamut, to little known software like FileStorm, FileBuddy, RealBasic, etc.
